Return and Exchange Policy

The core of iniiti's philosophy is prioritizing customer satisfaction. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward return and exchange policy is here to help.

How to Initiate Returns & Exchanges

For Orders Within India

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours from the order time by emailing viviusentp@gmail.com with your order number.
  • If canceled within this period, the full amount will be refunded—no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of your request.

Return Policy

  • If you receive a package that is open, damaged, or tampered with, reject the delivery and notify us at viviusentp@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra shipping cost.
  • Return requests must be made by email only, NOT via social media or phone.
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Return is only possible for a significant defective or wrong product received. 
  • Refunds are initiated within 5 business days after receipt of returned goods.
  • Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Used products.
  • Items with physical damage.
  • Sarees with fall and edging or blouse stitching.
  • Customized products.
  • Return or exchange requests after 2 days of receipt.
  • Made-to-order products.
  • Previously exchanged products (cannot be exchanged/returned again).
  • Clearance sale or promotional offers (Buy 3 get 1 free, etc.).
  • Bandharwan/Toran

Exchange Policy

  • Request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your product.
  • Replacement is dispatched within 5-7 business days once the item is received.
  • iniiti arranges pickup, but if unreachable, you may arrange shipping at your own expense via India Post or your courier.
  • Exchange not available for sarees with fall/edging or blouse stitching, customized items.
  • Already-exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.
  • Exchange charges of INR 250 per order applies for exchange of products. 
  • Only sarees and dresses/suits can be exchanged amongst themselves.
  • For products of lower value, the balance will be refunded to your bank account.
  • Sale, promotional, and clearance items not eligible for exchange.

For Orders Outside India

Order Cancellation

  • Cancel within 24 hours of ordering by emailing viviusentp@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Full refund processed within 2-3 business days if canceled within the timeframe.

Return Policy

  • If you receive a product you dislike, ship it back within 2 days and email the courier receipt to viviusentp@gmail.com
  • Customers bear shipping charges for returns.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Refunds cover only product costs; shipping charges and any reverse import duties deducted.
  • Refunds are processed within 2-3 days post quality check.
  • Clearance sale and end-of-season sale items are not returnable.
  • Product with blouse or fall/pico/edging/pleating/pre-draping services are non-exchangeable.
  • No return or exchange for sale, “Buy 3 get 1 free,” etc.

Exchange Policy

  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
